When it is 3-3 and last round the person who is planting plants the bomb and you do not defuse it. When they're is 30 seconds left the host leaves the game
and then everyone else follows after host migration.
Must have:
Blind Eye
Hardline
Stinger
Sentry Gun
Strafe Run
Assault Drone
Theater Mode Off
2 Controllers
