Idk what's happening but it just happens with mw3 i played fifa12,gow,cod4 for a test and didn't happened anything wrong, it is just happening with mw3

I had this problem too except my fat ps3 wouldn't play any new games, so I just bought a new ps3, now everything works fine.

This might be down to because you have a fat ps3.. maybe a ylod is near.. i would just trade it in for a ps3 slim. i dont know why it only shuts down when you play mw3 though.. maybe down to overheating or something? or because mw3 uses a lot of the hdd?

It may be time for you to get a new PS3. I suggest getting a brand new one. Then again I could be wrong and it may just be a issue concerning MW3. I get a lot of lag in MW3 and I have the latest PS3 Slim model.

I had fat old ps3 since it came out and had no problem. You should delete some data saves?

i have formated my ps3 hdd, but the problem still happening.
Maybe a new ps3 is the answer :cry:
