I'm all for owning IW with the terrible exploits possible on their games, but the bans on MW3 (seen so far) go up to 14 years, I wouldn't risk it :P

For PS3 it's Not Patched

For 360, I believe it is PATCHED.

its definitely not patched for ps3, my friend did it 5 minutes ago and it worked for him.. lucky ****er :/ He did it like in this tut: You must login or register to view this content.

I wish I could do it too, but I don't have a prestige token. I prestiged in cod4 but i didn't get one...
