I'm using the wireless modem/router they supplied me with and I have 100% connection to my router and I also have Open NAT type as before I moved I would usually have

What router have you got? model and serial?

It's a Westell 7500 and I've also tried my old NETGEAR wireless G router and that didn't help at all either
