Ps3 get it a month after is the guess at the moment and normal Xbox + ps3 players will not have access to the map until it is released in a map pack.

If you have an Elite Premium account then you get it on the 24th, doesn't matter what console you have. But, if u don't have Elite then you will get the map pack about a month later.
