ACR in my opinion is better because I like the automatic feel. But actually, I think the Type is very equal or a smidge better because I am an accurate person.

Type 95 if you wanna be a try hard but it can tend to let you down at close range if you miss, ACR is better if you wanna have a full auto gun and like to go cqb IMO

I have 1000+ headshots with both so let me elaborate.

Type 95: If you've got decent aim and fast reaction time it's great. Great at medium range, good at long range, ok at close range. It's high risk,high reward. Against multiple enemies up close you'll lose most battles. You want to use more cover when you shoot.

ACR: Good at Medium Range, Great at Close Range and okay at long range.

Type 95 is often times considered cheap even though I see ACR more. ACR is more versatile. Type 95 is deadlier at medium ranges if you have aim but if you miss, you're probably dead.

Use Type 95 with Red Dot & Rapid Fire :carling: or my opinion with Extended Mags.

ACR with Silencer and Extended Mags and maybe Flinch...

I like Type 95 more because I loved M16/FAMAS on MW2 and prepatch G11 on Black Ops.... Burst weapons can be deadly in the rigt hands. However,contrary to popular belief to ACR is easier to use...
