So, last week my Elite service was down, it dindn't display stats and what not, so I contacted their support where I said asked when It would be operative again. In a few days they said, and right they where, 3 days later it was back to the normal. When I logged on Xbox today I had a message from XboxLive(LIVE) where they knew I have been having trouble with Elite, therefore I would be grated an extra 30 days of subscription time. =D
Anyone else that have this happend to them?
BTW, offcourse do I have Premium(Founder) status, not the Free one.
