For example, have 3 slayers on the team, two going for the medium killstreaks, and one going for the high, powerful ones, or all three doing medium. Then have 3 support guys, who would put their life down to get that bomb planted, and to supply UAV's for the slayers, with two of them running UAV, CUAV, and the other one running AUAV, EMP, Jugg/Escort.

We would go into some type of game mode, like domination, demolition, TDM, HQ, or whatever everyone agrees on, and wreck the pub players.

The standards that I'd like to go by:
Slayers: Around a 1.8-2KD, with consistency to get killstreaks

Support: Good rankings in Objective gametype leaderboards, who have a high SPM and can rush to the objective and get kills at a good pace.

Overall, guys should have a good attitude about playing their role, and won't just go off and do their own thing in my lobby.
