Have you ever boosted or broken any rules? This could mean you're banned.

If you haven't then try restarting your router, if not then open the ports for mw3 or enable DMZ for your ps3's ip (make sure to set a static one).

Yes, OMG THIs happened to me but i was playing earlier and i dont boost or do the prestige token glitch

I have tried the router thing n no i have not boosted/prestige token glitch n on the prestige token glitch i did it on one of my acc got a 5000 day ban my m8 did it and had more minus then me n got a 3 hour ban:S n no reset
