I believe most have, and I can now understand CoD Elite's strategy. They wanted people to get founder/premium and after all the 500xp have been used by joining clans they will start the clan operations. I think they will be starting it in January(an estimate).

I hope it starts soon, were stuck at around level 4 lol.

Man, my clan since its our gb team barely ranked up with just the founders exp 500*5 isnt much exp, cant wait till they come out with the operations
