I believe your having connection issues pixie well the game showing you it poor netcode.
Happens with all guns for me now and again bad lobbies means i can't kill anything as am behind :/

Getting your secondary out faster can save your life and it depends on your play style what perks you use.

This gun is actually amazing. my friend just made me spend my token that I got from 2nd pres. (
) on it, and it is amazing! started using it 2 hours ago, and it's gotten me at least 500 kills, it's level 21, and it hipfires like a pro. A.T.M. I'm using it with attachment: rapid fire and silencer. It's range is amazing too. I will be using this for a long time.
