I'm pretty sure that IW won't IP ban you. Ip addresses change every few weeks and resetting your router gives you a new IP, so it wouldn't help them. They'll just ban the account, so you don't have to worry about screwing your lil bro .

I dont think IW are as worse as Treyarch who ban your console. lol

IW have only banned the accounts so far. And if they do ban more than just the account they would only console ban like black ops i'd imagine so the other ps3 would be fine.

They dont ban you IP, they either ban your PSN/Gametag or they ban your console via a specific identification code that each console gets. So no your brothers PS3 would be fine, but you still wont be able to play on your PSN/Gamertag as if they banned your console they most likely banned your PSN/Gamertag aswell =p
