When you equip it with extended mags and range, the reason is because it is the only semi automatic shotgun in the game, that is why it kills faster than the other shotguns, if you have a fast trigger finger even better.

The rest are shit, literally they barely get you kills

This is the order of the Shotguns from best to worst IMO

1. Striker
2. Model 1887
3. USAS 12
4. AA-12
5. KSG 12
6. SPAS-12

Sadly the best shotgun in MW2 is the worst in MW3
I have tweeted Robert Bowling at least 5 or 6 times about buffing up the Shotguns or just to bring back their mw2 counterparts
No answer.

and why did they took away the akimbo option for the Model
that would have been nice if it could have made the cut.

So everyone tweet this mother****er stealth fuking clown about the Shotguns and to beef them up

This is now actually more of a rant than a discussion.

They have just announced that they are going to patch the extended mag glitch, thus making the shotguns suck even more. Lets tweet Robert bowling about it so that it doesn't get patched.

No point in using the spas usas aa12 or KSG. You'll go 10-25

I agree, i think they're all awful tbh

The KSG12 with EM and Damage is better than the Models with Damage.

KSG12
9 Total Pellets with EM (28-15 dmg)
3 Pellets to kill w/ Damage
5 Pellets to kill w/ Damage (At the furthest range)
Can rapid fire faster, and has more ammo
Has a smaller hip fire than the Models

Models
8 pellets (30-20 dmg)
3 Pellets to kill w/ Damage
4 Pellets to kill w/ Damage (Furthest)
Rapid fires slower than the KSG

In conclusion, I'd rather roll with the KSG12 because I rapid fire every shot I do with any pump shotgun.

Models = Garbage. I get hitmarkers like 3/4 of the time... so annoying.

For me the best shotgun in MW3 is the Spas-12 but i hate having it as a primary thats why i use overkill. To recreate my old class from MW2.

You've obviously never bothered to get damage on the KSG or USAS.

I just went 17 and 3 with the KSG in S&.
The USAS is also really good, but not enough people give it a chance.

That's what I tried to say. I got damage and range for the USAS but it took a shit load of time to get it because the first four perks are useless.
