Special: Motion Sensor
Perk 1: Sleight of Hand Pro
Perk 2: Quickdraw Pro
Perk 3: Sitrep Pro
Killstreak: Specialist: 1=Extreme Conditioning 2=Assassin 3=Blast Shield
Death Streak: Martyrdom
Strategy:
The strategy for MW3 is pretty short and sweet. It is short and sweet because it is just repitition. The first thing you need to do is determine whether the game has just started and you spawned with everyone or the game has already started and the spawns are changing to the pace. If you join in the middle of the game just determine which way your team mates are going. Take the opposite direction they go (or at least most of them). If they sta2rt to go towards you just go the other way. Try your hardest to be going the opposite direction of them. Be prepared when you turn corners or going near spawns because the enemies will be their. You will most likely flank them but they will be spawning to because you are invading their "grounds". Remember to stay on the edges. When you get half way through th map go straight through the middle and prepare to be in combat. If you make it across then go the opposite direction you were previously going. Just repeat this and you will dominate! If you join at the beginning just go the opposite direction of the team mates and be prepared to meet your enemies. Just do the same above and repeat.

If you're playing domination you're really going to screw your team over by running into the enemy spawn. It'll make the enemy spawn behind your team.
The way I play it is you run in a party and grab two flags and split up almost equally. You let them come to you and pick 'em off. You have the advantage, you know where they come from. Depending on the map sometimes there is only one or two exits from a certain flag and if you don't invade and flip it, they're not getting out with a decent team.

You really didn't describe spawn killing. And this strategy will not always work.
