I think Domination.
I Level up from anywhere between 1-3 matches.

kill confirmed if you have a good team

Ground War, with specialist you rack up kills and with the bonus you get easy exp. Plus, if you have a good party you know for sure that the match bonus will be 4k+ if you have done well and got the victory.

Demolition, I usually get 12k match bonus legit.

Personally I think search and destroy is, but then again if your not suited to play S& it could be something else, more or less the answer is whatever your good at. Because you may dominate at headquarters capping every single HQ, or you might be good at Domination and cap every flag. It's just all what your good at IMO.

Some of my personal favorites for quick XP

Drop Zone with a full party - everyone gets on the drop zone
Team Defender with a full party - hold the flag the entire time
Domination with a full party - Spawn camp


HQ is also good, especially if you have a team that purposely makes the games last longer.
