MW3 Ultimate USB Modding Thread!



Modded Call-sign Prestige's

1) Download Horizon and HxD if you do not already have it
2) Open up Horizon
3) Extract your profile to your desktop
4) Drag your profile into Horizon to open it
5) Click the tab named "Content"
6) Find the .GPD file named "415608CB)
7) Extract it to your desktop
Open up HxD
9) In the top left of HxD press "File" and then "Open"
10) Find and select the .GPD on your desktop
11) Press CTRL + F
12) Instead of searching for a "Text-String" search for a "Hex Value"
13) Search for the following letters/numbers depending on what game you want to change
2F04 = Black Ops
3104 = Modern Warfare 2
3304 = WaW
3504 = CoD4
14) Once you type in the four numbers and see them highlighted look at the right of them, you should see three sets of "00" like this "00 00 00" and then random letters/numbers on the next set. EX: "00 00 00 0A"
15)Change the fourth set of numbers to whatever you want, use this to see what numbers to put. (IMPORTANT: HIGHLIGHT THE FOURTH SET AND THEN TYPE, DO NOT BACKSPACE!)
00 00 00 0F = 15th
00 00 00 0E = 14th
00 00 00 0D = 13th
00 00 00 0C = 12th
00 00 00 0B = 11th
00 00 00 0A = 10th
00 00 00 09 = 9th
00 00 00 08 = 8th
00 00 00 07 = 7th
00 00 00 06 = 6th
00 00 00 05 = 5th
00 00 00 04 = 4th
00 00 00 03 = 3rd
00 00 00 02 = 2nd
00 00 00 01 = 1st
00 00 00 00 = No prestige
16) Once you have all your desired prestiges save in HxD, and close it
17) Go back to Horizon and drag the profile you extracted earlier to your desktop into Horizon
1Go to "Contents"
19) Find "415608CB"
20) Right-Click it and press "replace"
21) Replace with the .GPD you edited in HxD
22) Rehash and Resign
23) Now open your Device Exporer in Horizon
24) Press "Inject a New File"
25) Select the profile on your desktop
26) Finished!

Modded Message Of The Day

1) Download Horizon and HxD if you havn't already
2) Put your profile on a USB
3) Plug in your USB into your computer
4) Open up Horizon
5) Extract your profile to desktop
6) Open up HxD
7) Open your profile in HxD
Press CTRL + F
9) Search for "Welcome to MW3!"
10) HIGHLIGHT "Welcome to MW3!" and THEN type whatever you want (CAN'T BE LONGER THEN "Welcome to MW3" or will not work!)
11) You CAN use color codes
12) After you have changed to your liking, save in HxD
13) Go back to Horizon and select "Tools" and then "Package Manager"
14) Open the profile on your desktop with package manager
15) Rehash and Resign
16) Go to the device explorer and press "Inject New File"
17) Select the profile on your desktop
1Finished!

Split-Screen Unlocks

GO IN SPLITSCREEN AND KILL YOURSELF BEFORE DOING ANYTHING
1) Download the Split-Screen modding tool
2) Go to your memory on your Xbox
3) Find Modern Warfare 3 in "Games"
4) Find the Multiplayer Progress save and move it to your USB
5) Plug in your USB into your computer
6) Open up Horizon
7) Extract your MW3 mpdata save to your desktop
Open the mpdata save in Horizon
9) Click "Contents"
10) Extract the mpdata_*random numbers* to your desktop
11) Open it in the Split-Screen Modding Program
12) Save once you've finished modding
13) Replace the new modded spdata with the old one in the contents tab
14) Rehash and Resign
15) Finished!

Spec-Ops Instant Level 50

Level 50 SP Data You must login or register to view this content.

1) Download the modded spdata
2) Go to your memory on your Xbox
3) Find Modern Warfare 3 in "Games" and click on it
4) Find the mpdata save and move it to your USB
5) Plug in your USB into your computer
6) Open up Horizon
7) Extract your MW3 mpdata save to your desktop
Open the mpdata save in Horizon
9) Click "Contents"
10) Extract the spdata_*random numbers* to your desktop
11) Now copy the numbers from your spdata_ to the modded spdata_ that has no numbers
12) Replace the spdata_ on your desktop with the one in your mpdata
13) Rehash and Resign
14) Put USB back into Xbox
15) Move mpdata back to Hard Drive
16) Enjoy Level 50!
