I bought founder on my Xbox, but my Ps3 does not have it, you will need to buy an additional subscription.

Unless you have that card that comes with the hardened edition, its too late to become a founder. If you still have it you can use it on another subscription and link your PS3 account to it.

No, you have to purchase CoD elite again to have it on your PS3. You still won't be a founder though.
