A huge concern for this will be "glitchers" who know spots which you can't get to etc thus ruining the game for everyone else.

I for one am especially happy due to the fact the number of annoying messages I receive about people hosting infected will finally stop.

Maybe they will have Infection leaderboards that are isolated from all other scores.
