Well, the exclusivity deal expires after this game. Sony need to swoop in and snap it up this time.
every contract can be renewed, we will see how it will turn out

Nope the guy above you is more corect.
Premium elite members get the DLC before anyone else on their consoles.
They get the DLC monthly in small content drops whereas those who havnt got elite will have to wait until the "map pack" is realeased which is in march.
And paying to play online means Microsoft can give the majority of their customers (who are COD players) great features like this. Wheras Sony cannot afford to do this as they don't get as much cash from their customers.
i know xbox players pay for a service and they recive these kinds of things back, its nice to get but im a ps3 player and i still play the same old cod as xbox players, the exclusivity thingy that microsoft paid for just bugs me. and its not a feature to get a dlc ahead, its a bonus on top of your service. what i want the most is cross-game chat on ps3, but its never going to happend because of the memory on the ps3 is made, they cant make it happend and thats why i have an xbox too. sony could afford this, but instead, they have INVESTED the cash into account and the overall psn security, while xbox still denies pepole getting their accounts hacked and do not deliver full support over account hacking.
and i think your correct, prem members get drops monthly while regular members get their every two months i guess but im still sure xbox regular have a month over psn regular

Microsoft has a exclusivity deal with Activision in regards to all Call of Duty content arriving first on xbox first (always a month earlier). If I remember correctly Xbox has had the map packs first since the first Modern warfare then arriving a month or so later on PS3.
i already stated that in my topic
