there has beeen no hot fix or update as of yet on ps3 and my classes still have it, ill try it out in a sec.

RIP PICHU.
On the PS3 the method to do it still works, I just did it with a friend a few hours ago. Though I don't see any damage increase.

When you are in the game, it goes away. That's how it got patched.

i dont know.. i was playing last night and got smacked from accross the map with the mp9 and it killed me 1 shot... i think it still works it just does not qcknowledge that its on there but the actual damage is still there... not 100% but im just giving my opinion so who knows...
