no, it's bullshit.
Even if you pick double hardline, you only get it once, hence wasting a killstreak slot.

Instead it is very useful for me .. because getting Hardline to the second killed will receive all the others in a killing less than (e.g. 2 Hardline, blast shield 3, 5 stalker and 7 bonus )
