So maybe that has something to do with the bans. And also, maybe IW is a little nicer to those xbox users because they have to pay for live and pay for premium which I'm both, so I feel that's why I haven't been banned yet. *Knock on wood* If you've been banned and are on xbox, and are a premium member please post.
