could somebody explain me how you do that trowing knive glitch.

It is a new way as the old way was patched.

Set up a riot shield and a throwing knife and dead silence as 3rd perk in case you jump too high and die.

Simply find somewhere where there is an incline between you and someone within riot shield lunge range A slanted care package woks great! Then hit stab and then immediately after well maybe 1/2 a second hit and hold your throwing knife.

to gain extra hight do this approx 1 second after the timer ends on a MOAB you call in yourself.
