Post: *NEW* Damage Proficiency Glitch

Text Tutorial:
1.) Make sure you have “Damage” on one of your shotguns
2.) Now make a class with a shotgun and damage. EX: Striker with damage THATS IT.
3.) Tell your friend to go to private match.
4.) Pick the first class and click ‘reset’
5.) Now you should get a pop-up with the classes you can pick
6.) *DON’T CLICK ANYTHING* Have your friend back out to a xbox live party.
7.) Now you should be able to move in the background, Just go to create a class.
8.) Now select the class with the shotgun and damage on.
9.) Now click the following: Primary, Shotguns, (Whatever gun you got damage with), Click on ‘damage’
10.) Now you should be at ‘Attachments’, Don’t click anything, Just click (B) to go back
11.) Now you should be able to move on the pop-up, Click which ever weapon you want. I clicked sniper for the barret.
12.) You should be able to click damage and then you put whatever you want on it like a silencer and then camo.

Do a barrel roll!
I did this glitch/exploit last night and i was running around doing one shot kills with the MK14 (Insanely awesome) But this morning i got on to show my brother and it still has the damage emblem on the custom class but wen you use it, it is no longer one shot kill. 
i think its patched again because i used a different method of this glitch. /facepalm

correct. it is patched. new hotfix. yesterday it was 1.3.368.18, now today its 1.3.368.19.

Nice post man :y: I might do this glitch just to get back into playing Multiplayer on MW3. Hopefully I won't get screwed over by last stand :p

It's patched. The damage will be on your gun, however when you start the match it will say that you don't have a proficiency. Remove this please.

Doesn't work but am sure it works with other proficiency such as "Range"
