Been messing around with the Riot Shield lately and I found a really easy way to complete the challenge
Fast Swap.

it's really easy just equip Riot Shield and use the perks

Slight of hand Pro
Quick draw Pro
Stalker Pro

(this challenge is unlocked late so you should allready have all the pro version's)

use the magnum handgun 2 as your secondry as it kills really quick for this challenge

Basically find an area of the map were it's hard for the enemy to strifle around you like the stairs in this spot in Carbon in the video.
When he enters just rush him when he's in front of you, whack him with the shield then whip out the pistal to finish him
off.

Trust me this works every time,I havn't died once doing this it's so easy after you've killed him pick up his gun and change class's your done.
You get a new title for it (if you han't unlocked it allready) and a sweet 4500 XP which comes in handy during the later levels when this challenge is unlocked.

OR take the rsass sniper "not one hit kill" and hit somethen then switch and finish them
i find that easier
