His name is Kim Dotcom (his actual name is Kim Schmitz), he's the most wanted digital content pirate in the world according to the FBI's listings. When it came to the internet, he was/is known as MEGARACER, some of you may have watched his video posted on YouTube titled "Kim Dotcom aka MEGARACER is #1 in MW3", posted on January 30th, 2011, and will be shown below.
Mr. Dotcom was also the founder of the recently indicted file-sharing website MegaUpload. It's odd to think that the founder of such a successful website was the number one player in a videogame that he pirated more than any other person. According to You must login or register to view this content., Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 was the 2nd most pirated video game in 2011. Although the title was released on November 8th, 2011; there were already pirated discs of the game being released before the release date. However, putting the fact that Modern Warfare 3 was the 2nd most pirated game of 2011, it still sold 15 million retail copies & was highly successful.
It is reported that Dotcom has assets worth over $175 million, due to his MegaUpload business. It is said, though, that this website is so successful due to the sales of the distribution of illegal copyrighted video and audio.
Dotcom was arrested during an enormous bust against MegaUpload, which included: a Rolls Royce, a number of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, money, and a plethora of firearms.
In the video below, MEGARACER celebrates as he takes the lead, noting he has more than 150,000 kills. The time-lapse video shows him winning match after match until he gets to the No. 1 rank. A cake shows the word MEGARACER in the shape of a “1,” confetti blasts, and friends cheering as he takes the top spot. He says, “**** man! No. 1.” Then the following words appear on the caption: “on’t hate me because I beat you. Respect me because I teach you.”
Why did they have a proper celebration for becoming #1 in the world at FFA?
I'd be more like: "Yes! I'm the biggest COD bum in the world! Hurray!"
Are you dumb? He has a net worth of 175 million pretty sure it doesn't matter that he plays call of duty alot. Makes more money than you ever would. And he was number one in kills and free for all.
