Personally I think shotguns are pretty sh!t in MW3, then again I haven't played with them on the Xbox 360 update (buff against all shotguns except striker). What are your guys opinions on shotguns in MW3? What's your favorite and why? I mean lets face it, I don't think a shotgun is gonna get a hitmarker point blank in real life. I think it would shred a person's limb off. (I realize it's a video game)

Favorite: AA-12 w/ Damage
Why?: It wrecks face and plus it's automatic, but it can get some pretty hefty hitmarkers.

The worse one by far before the patch was the KSG 12 with and after upgrades. Only guns which dropped my K.D ranking them up was KSG 12 , Model , Spas 12

USAS 12 is now balanced vs the striker
KSG 12 is now balanced vs model and SPAS 12

AA 12 has lost it niche sadly it pretty rubbish your forced to use a perk to use it.

Fav shotguns are striker , USAS 12 and KSG 12
KSG 12 has changed due to this new patch it alot better by default.

Have you seen a player push your shit in with a shotgun and get a insane score when playing COD ?
I started on MW2 and yes even with shotguns in that game never saw a guy go 40-5 using just a shotgun.

I think shotguns need a bigger buff in terms of damage and range. That or IW need to fix there soding netcode so it works better.
Shotguns are let down in this game by poor stats and poor netcode it sad tbh

AA12 and striker i find are the most fun to use. Maybe as they work within there range almost all the time even with poor netcode.
I got 1,000 kills with each shotgun right now

Would be higher but the game is annoying lol
