Okay I am really pissed right now. So I was just chilling kicking it with some friends on MW3. We were just there and all of a sudden we get booted from our private match. It said the CoD servers were offline. I said whatevs and went to BF3. After a while I went back to MW3. Four out of six of us got reset. I dont know about them but I had never boosted, glitched, or exploited on this account because it is a founder. It says I am banned for 48 hours. I check on my boosted account and I'm still not banned on that one. I ringed up infinity ward and I asked what's up. They went through this checklist of things like Internet, recent game types, and even weapons. Only two things were different and that was I just prestige and I used my prestige token. Okay here is what he said. If the Internet connection was bad then it may have caused a glitch and triggered a glitch. I thought prestige token glitch but then I thought nah. So he said there was nothing he could do so yeah. I'll ring Sony up to see if they can transfer my purchases and then infinity ward so I can check if I can transfer my founder status. Gosh this blows.*

That sucks...post and let me know if they let you transfer you elite founder account. Good luck

One of my friends had his account stolen and someone prestige token glitched on it (I know thats a generic excuse, but it actually did happen, anyway thats not the point
). He contacted Acti customer support to see if they could transfer his Elite to his new account and they said that they can't transfer Elite status.Don't know if you'll get a more helpful customer rep, but good luck

that happened to me to i haad 3 tokens i was saving for packs n 10th reset but got reset at 7pres lvl 73 called n was told sorry we are having tech difficulties and they were sorry like f u 2
