Why don't you just play another game or not play a video game at all? You are making yourself mad by playing the game you are getting so upset over.
There are other games out play those.

I use LMGs (Golden MG36 and going for LSW L86), and I use the SPAS-12 (LvL 30 right now). Riot Shields I don't use simply because I am awful with them.

You're probably one of those people that runs around with a shotgun.
Play smart, and you'll have a lot more less problems.
Akimbo FMG9s are bad enough, no need to put in akimbo Models.

If your getting owned by people using SMG's or Assault Rifles, then don't use the shotgun.

So, let's see: No knives, no secondary weapons, no quickscoping, and now you would like everyone to use a shotgun or LMG or riot shield.

I like the akimbo Model idea since I'm a shotgun user & trust me, I totally understand your rage. I was just using the Model yesterday to get gold (which I did) but I got around 1000+ hitmarkers in that time and about 500 kills. And it took me like almost 2 hours just going from level 30 to 31.

the main thing that pisses me off is, i can do ok witht he shotguns, get long shots etc, but then i get a point blank hit marker there to inconsistent and unless they make it so we can aim EVERY PELLET that we fire and where it goes then this will always happen but when we had akimbo models it was alot less likely to happen and then you also had a spare gun to back up fire

Yep. If there's one word to sum of shotguns on MW3, it's inconsistent. I can get a 5 foot 1 shot kill with a Model, and in the same game get 3 (yes I'm dead serious, 3) hitmarkers on 1 guy from less range WITH damage on. It's very inconsistent.
