It appears now IW are just straght resetting people who Glitch from now on. It look's like there not bothering anymore with ban's I think this is because
people were deleting the game date patch's in a recent glitch and then un resetting there selve's so it looks like now there doing away with the ban's completely
so people can't do this.

you lot are all signed up on elite and have you gamertags/psn's linked no wonder your all getting deranked.. i unlinked my gamertag as soon as i did this iv went from 3rd prestige to 7th now still have 15d double xp and 20d double weapon xp.. and have not been deranked banned or reset on anything :S?
