I wanna know if this works because what i did was When i found out i was banned I...
•Went to Cod elite
•Changed my Classes
•Sent it to game

no that would not work, when you get banned and you go on elite it will say 0 days played and mw3.elite.rank means ur reset
if it only says 0 days played and u still have your level ex prestige 5th lvl 50 means your not reset

I got banned and went on elite it didnt say mw3.elite.rank so im not reset just banned.

Therefore this doesn't work

Please delete this thread and repost it in premium. This might lead to something useful if it is correct.

You can get banned without getting reset /facepalm

I suppose you can but this kinda seems doubles in the sense that your sending your old data. I will try it next time I'm banned.

Confirmed by me as DOESN"T WORK.
Friend just send me sms why i'm not on leaderboards right now. Just checked elite - prestige 0. I'm affraid to put PS3 on now - not really xD
