First The scanner starts scan How much XP you earn last couple of hours and How long does it take u to prestige. Excessive XP, kills in certain amount of time leads you to ban automatically. Okay, now you are asking Scanning millions of MW3 IDs would take forever. A lot of people are still not banned because of a slow process. Servers are still loading and retrieving data from database. It could be filtered alphabetically or sorted by region. Servers could be programmed automatically detect earned higher XP and kills in certain time from database. Earned XP by boosting are always higher than average. This can lead anybody to ban. There is a capped XP for all game mode. I think when you pass capped XP, servers send report to developer as well as drank your progress. I know you saying you can migrate host, But sometimes you guys fail to migrate and lose all XP and get deranked. Thats all it takes to get reported.

As you guys know, There has been a 50k XP cap placed on games, going over this cap will lead to you getting banned/reset. So to stop people from getting banned XP should be monitored throughout the game to ensure safety for all members involved.

So if you know how to boost, and are interested in boosting with somebody always send PM with GT/SEN. Do not post GT/SEN here; It is just unintelligent to post your GT/SEN on a public forum.

Once again all precautions should be taken to prevent any nGu member from getting the ban hammer, as always boosting is at your own risk and I cannot guarantee that you will not be banned and or reset while doing so.

Precaution:

• Unlink your account from Elite (can relink 2-3 matches after stop boosting) Important!
  
• Turn off theater for both main account and GUEST! (I don't think this really helps, but still)
  

I don't recommend to do strafe run boosting which obviously to lead you too ban when you exceed the xp cap.

Currently IMO SND Headshot boosting (which you can read more about below) is safer than any other playlists.

You can boost easy on Infected Mode and wwhen the game ends you can log out when your K/D are shit

Yeah i think infected boosting is way forward^^ have another person/guest block the doorway by laying down (make sure its not the tactical knife version) then just rack up the kills!

Incorrect, They cannot scan this data, You will not get banned unless someone reports you. Once reported they will scan there account for evidence , Theatre mode , If evidence is found 48 hour ban and stat reset is issued.

Turn game recording off and you should be ok , unless your stats are obviously boosted

Scanning? I don't think that's plausible.
Being the type of company IW is, I don't think they would spend extra $$$ and extra time to settle a few people who want better looking stats/rank.
Now what you said could be true, but the amount of time and money that would be needed to create something like this, IW would rather spend improving different issues like Host disadvantage, and spawns.
Instead, they implemented the simple feature "Report" and XP Cap.
I've hit the XP cap legit on Dom, and hit it a few times boosting. Never got reset. You need to be reported by someone for IW to waste time to investigate.

That SnD boosting idea sounds pretty straight forward. I was thinking about something similar just to avoid the xp cap.
