An IW dev has posted on the forums over at COD.com saying they need help.
The netcode team are looking at the netcode and asking for examples of it going wrong.

If you have a method of recording you may be of use.
They are asking for your view along with the host view in theater mode. Private message G IH A IN ID II so he can send it off to the netcode team.
So far they can't reproduce the issues people are getting.

In other news shotgun buff details (what they did are going to be released)
IW are looking into fixing the spawn system some more.

It did feel like MW style spawning on not so MW maps. >_> that would explain the problem.

I can record (HDPVR) but I'm not sure what it is you needed lol.

Record the whole game
Edit out all parts , apart from when your in a gun fight or die. Compare it to theater mode the view of the person your fighting.
Play your view first then their view.
You should do this for all games you play your looking for extreme examples how often they appear.
Should also try to take note of the people your playing with and what time.

This makes it easier for IW to find out what causing the issue.

Yup but I haven't really noticed a problem since the last patch, not as big as a problem as before.
