I got it for Xbox but not PS3. Does anyone on PS3 even have it?!?! I bet the one guy from IW who has it isn't even playing on PS3

Not seen it once on ps3 yet and i've clocked up about 12 days of game time. With the infected game mode it would spread like wildfire if it was out there, which is when the majority of people got their hands on the infected title.
As has been said it's probably a case of the person who started with it either doesn't have it equipped ever, or doesnt play on ps3.

The 'STD' title/challenge on MW2 was exactly the same principle of title, but that made it's way around pretty quickly.... annoying
