There is a new banning system in the latest patch update, which regularly scans the leaderboards and if it sees a 'twitch' person in charge of banning can see the player boosting and bans them there and then a notification will come up on the users screen and says that they have been banned for the certain amount of time.
also included in the patch will be a new title bar feature showing their clans xp and level
there is no source and this is confirmed as Robert bowling said it in the lie stream himself.

First, not all boosters are 10/12 years old.. Some are adults some younger but still they ain't kids, so before you post something be more mature than them " KIDS " as you say.
Second, if someone boosts it obviously mean they level up fast, not all boosters need 4 people with 2 controllers to boost, some got 3/4 PS3s and boost by themselves and therefore don't give a fu*k about getting reset because within one or days they just get back at the max prestige, at this point I don't see whats wrong ? Do they annoy people ? NO! I agree boosting ruins the leaderboards but on MW3 they do a great job and beside wins leaderboard all leaderboards are CLEAN - LEGIT...
Third & last, play your *****ng game and don't care about others ?
