I swear they've done something to the throwing knife like increase the area that the knife can hit or perhaps made the auto aim stronger for them, I seem to be getting throwing knifed an awful lot more since the update.

I haven't been getting survivor bonuses at all. I left an account on overnight with a turbo controller spamming X (to exit out of menus, re-join lobbies after host disconnected etc) and I had only gone up 1 level. All my theatre mode games just show me jumping constantly and I don't even get survivor bonuses even when someone gets stabbed in front of me :FU:
