Thats the only transfer title in the game. /facepalm there are 2 titles you get from knifing someone.
Infected- get knifed by someone wearing the infected title. (not to hard to get)
Transfer- knife someone wearing the transfer title. (almost impossible)

As we can see clearly the guy in the video has the transfer title on.
