At least I can fight
the videos are easy to follow just look at where they are calling in the osprey gunner and you'll be fine. ill try and add some with a voice tutorial all credit goes to RSPxAndrew2007x, MapMonkeys.
if there is something ive missed send me link to the video. (preferably with a voice tut) but it doesn't matter if there isn't a tut.

the reason you cant do it is probably 100% due to the fact that you dont have a default clas for the flag runner, i had the exact same problem. put a flag runner default class and problem solved
