well if u have the infections in ur vault, try load 1 up..

Before you say anything, I think you should try multiple ones not just one. And I can't since I'm on PS3.

Sorry but you dont know what you doing...
Why? Because if you get an infection "See one video in Vault" you cant take onother...you must go to Main Menu "Campaign/Special Ops/Multuplayer" and then go to Vault again and you can get another infection.

LOL please read OP like i said theatre mode must have been dead. i.e the clips weren't loading at all..
