There's no set date for the next 5 prestiges to be put out. They actually might not even release them.
I think what they're going on right now is to see how many people reach 15th Prestige, and they're going
to decide from there to release a patch for it or not.

there already in the game like on the xbox if you do the prestige at level 55 glitch/vault infection you can reach 16,17,18 etc... but this hasnt been made available for the PS3 yet..
