I think they got banned, reset and kills reset to 0 but deaths to 10,000 . Cause the second guy has the emblem you only get at 10th prestige..K/D 0.10 and its says level 57... 5 months to prestige 1 level....Basically they got stats deranked and what not

The first one's probably a mule to a booster, while he's playing on Infected, and the second one's clearly reset due to the Veteran Package emblem.
