(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This thread is based off my observations with COD and especially these first 6 or so months of MW3 I have some suggestions to cut down on frustration. I know we all like to rant and we'd call someone that does well a "tryhard" or "no life" before actually giving props or just moving on but I'd like to present a view observations....K/D and W/L and even accuracy won't be in my observations this time because you know how that goes...People with lower numbers will say they don't matter at all or the people with higher numbers just camp or hack or have no girlfriends...People with higher numbers will just say they don't care and actually that's usually all they say lol.

1.) Swallow your pride and give up on the guy...

This is a HUGE issue and the biggest yet stupidest reason people yell "camper"... You're spawn trapped on A on Interchange or you're spawn trapped on A on Bootleg or Spawn Trapped on C on Village...There is a guy head glitching you or sniping you down a long sightline or hiding under the bridge behind the C flag on Village and what do you do? You keep running the same exact route because THIS time it will be different. He has an advantage over you. Swallow your pride and give up OR....flank him from a different angle or use smoke, C4, RPG whatever to get him out. You can't honestly blame a guy for spawn trapping you if you're too stupid to at least try and go a different route or just leave him be. Eventually he'll realize he's getting no kills and move on or you can put a pred or Reaper where he is or even Recon Drone...Him camping is irrelevant, either you're equipped to stop him or you're not. Realize that and stop giving up killstreaks. Campers feed of your constant need to revenge kill especially when you're not good at doing so to begin with.

2.) Stop trolling...I had a thread detailing this. But IF you want to win and help your team win, stop trying to quick scope against good teams. Stop running around with a Model 1887 on Interchange or Black Box. I mean obviously shotguns especially put you at a disadvantage. You need 3 key things to be effective with them. a.) enemies that actually move b.) close quarters 3.) communication and flanking routes... So before you rage at the guy 1 bursting you from midrange with a Type 95, you should realize that the fact that the shotgun class puts you at the biggest disadvantage of all gun classes because even Snipers can "Quick Scope" at close range. I say this only for playing against good teams especially on big maps. On small maps or Bootleg, Dome, Hardhat, Mission or even Arkaden, then sure no problem.

3.) Rush with a purpose. My biggest gripe with people who yell camper is their opinion of how you should play or how rushers play...Rushing IS NOT, I REPEAT IS NOT being some brave dude running around spraying a Striker until they get hitmarkers. Nor is it running around with zero purpose. Rushing is moving around the map, using cover when necessary, knowing which guns for what maps and scenarios. Drop shotting, "panic knifing" if needed, using flash bangs, flanking, communicating and quick reflexes. When I use PP90 with Rapid Fire + Extended Mags with MP9 or FMG secondary(get mad :carling: ) I don't just run around spraying aimlessly. I get into enemy territory blast them, reload when necessary, I will sit still for 2-3 seconds to regain health or to see if and where spawn flips, then back to duty. I don't say this to brag, I say it for this reason...The minute I see the enemy has a dude camping or worse UAV camping and I can't get to him, I SWITCH CLASSES to silencer, or MK14 for long range or put on a Assassin class to flank him while he is camping with his UAV and portable radar. If I am using my Mk14 class which is admittedly more defensive(not campy) and the enemy is full of MP7 rushers, I will either try and pin them back with the MK14 or I switch to SMG class myself. Point being, I switch it up.

4.) PLAY GROUND WAR! 6v6 and especially Hardcore are campy as hell. Now if need be I can camp too, if the lobby is doing it, but to avoid having to be bored camping all day, I avoid reg TDM like the plague. The players who play it aren't usually that good but they hide. Hiding and camping are different in my book. Camping could be head glitching or spawn trapping and at least getting kills. Hiding is those bastards laying behind portable radars, or crawling around corners, scared shitless.

5.) Don't talk trash(WITH FINE PRINT). Meaning don't come into a lobby saying how you will beast and blah blah yet the minute you lose you are screaming, "hacker, camper, tryhard, no life" etc. It makes you look weak and that's not how trash talk works. Or at least say, "I am going to rape you if you don't camp or use ACR, Type 95, FMGS, PP90, Scar, MP7, UMP"...I mean especially if you're using Support. Because as you know I hate Support but also because it doesn't prove as much. A guy beasting my team and killing us with Reapers and Attack Helis says a little more than a guy getting a Stealth Bomber mostly because he capped 3 flags and shot down 5 UAVS...But that's another issue :carling:

Not saying I don't rage here and there but honestly the less you try and find reasons or EXCUSES for deaths, the better. Don't call a guy a Tryhard or complain his weapon is OP, because it sort of makes you look pathetic. Like telling Tom Brady or Brad Pitt, that they may look better but you have higher character LMAO.

I tried playing groundwar in a full party but the lag was very bad. Now if I play by myself on ground I do just fine. To laggy for me. I consider a camper just hiding in a corner with a motion sensor waiting for someone to come by. A camper is someone that stays in the same area and will not come out for nothing. I do watch killcams to see what I did wrong and sometimes I think a person was camping but seen they weren't. Most times I get under cover is when I'm reloading or running away from gun fire. I cared about my KD at the begining and don't really care no more and my shit has dropped bad. My kd sits at 1.99 a month ago it was like 2.15 or so. thanks to wanting to get a damn gold shot and being hard headed. its all good.

Did you even read the thread? No where did I say you couldn't. I said to cut down on ranting amd complaining it would make more sense to at least know the best maps and situations to use what and to know when it's time to switch it up. I also mentioned this applied to those trying to win and help their teams.

Based of your logic we should never complain about anything... My thread speaks to what I observe. People handicapping themselves then wanting to blame everyone else and hurting their team. If you enjoy talking like you're a beast then getting your ass whooped only to resort to excuses and denial then have at it sir.

I agree with a ton of what you are saying. Most are my pet pevs as well. This game is a killed or be killed game, (yes connection) has a lot to do with it but get over how ever you died. I would love to have a perfect connection that would be all I ask for because there is always away to counteract whatever game style a team is doing.
This game really isn't that good for me to get upset a whole lot. The makers of this game gave very little thought so who cares. I just really complain about the game it's self not the players. But there isn't much we can do for that.
