Get horribly bad internet and you do it. All it is is lag the server lagged and didn't pick up his movements exactly.

I remember doing that on mw2 where you drop your TI and climb over something as soon as you do It aslo works like that on mw3 He could have maybe possibly done that or ye it was just lag :|
