Hope this is not a repost its just all i can find is a link to the elite vault file for the same modded lobby everyone has but I cant find how to make the modded lobbies.

It depends are you trying to make Cmr mods like unlimited Cps/Juiced or guns with any proficiency/attachment?

yes I want to make my own, is it based on changing hex codes in files from elite?

It's CMR Mods. There's a post in the exploits and hacks section.

Theres an file saved on the ps3 itself to save/remember those game modes you need to have an jailbreaked ps3 on CFW 3.55 I think. And then you need a ps3 on the current firmware then you get the CMR file by browsing your hdd on your jail broken ps3 and copy it to an USB then edit hex codes on the computer etc. then put the file back on your ps3 and idk more sorry :p

The only thing I know how to do is copy them from other peoples vaults lol
