The guy is using aimbot, you can see it about 1:42. The red square used for wallhack/aimbot can be briefly seen.

That is an editing effect. I can do it, it is just an overlay which gets moved round with the enemy

ahha, maybe he is just really good Awesome face

but yes it is an overlay it is in Zebo's editing pack and i have had it for months.
