(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi guys so i bought a tritton AX PRO V1.5 , but i dont really know what the best settings to hear the enemies footsteps , i have tryed some settings and used dead silence but still not easy to hear them . Do anyone hear use the tritton AX PRO and could tell us some good settings to hear the footsteps on MW3 , i havent tryed the headset on other cod games yet ! thank you ^_^

I have the AX Pro's. MW3 is terrible for hearing any sound with any headset, especially footsteps. Same with black ops. MW2 and COD4 are the best. If you play with that headset on those games you will be able to tell exactly where someone is just by the sound. I love my AX pro's, but for MW3 I think any cheap headset with work about the same. MW3 also sucks because you cant turn down the in game music and soundwhore like MW2. Other than complaining about how bad the sound is on MW3 I keep my headset set at the first blue setting for all speakers. I feel that setting them at different levels changes the true in game sound. i have sharkoon xtatic 5.1 (almost identical to tritton but different company)

i use

rear - light blue
front - 2 clicks down from rear
center - 5 clicks down from rear
bass - 6 clicks down from rear

works perfect for me hearing footsteps

I can hear footstep way before they ever get close to me if the arent using dead silence with my px5s.

I have a Tritton 720s and I can confirm that hearing footsteps on MW3 is a pain in the ass, sometimes I'm playing SnD and a guy comes running into me with stalker and I can't hear him at all. It really is easy to hear them with Dead Silence + SitRep PRO.

Using Trittons on COD 4 and MW2 is GREAT. When I play nowadays people die to me and say that I use UAV infections because I turn corners already shooting them, it gets annoying when I'm playing SnD and they think ium using infections and start using them :/

I own a pair of ax pros v1.5 too and I started using a headset on MW3.. So yeah all my friends told me that MW3 is shit for it at first it was very hard to hear ennemies but as of now I can hear them wayyyy before they get close to me even without dead silence.. but I only play SnD so I only use that... Too much players got a headset to not use it :p

I have tried alot of settings and this one works best :

FRONT Sky blue max
CENTER Blue max
REAR Red max
SUB Green Max

Try it out and quote me back if you can would love to know what you think about my settings
