well first of all you need to upload & install the patch before when the token glitch wasnt aloud, then you would need to have a prestige token and (you will need a friend that has a mic n u too) have your friend in your party and make him host of the party. then go to barracks, then prestige shop, then go to unlock gear, then go to perk one and press X on blindeye, BUT DONT MOVE YOUR ANALOG STICK TO YES OR NO AND LEAVE IT WHERE IT STARTED OUT WHEN YOU PRESSED X. then have your friend go into a team deathmatch lobby and once you see your option to press X on the blindeye perk have your friend back out then go straight to barracks, then prestige shop, then perk 1, then blindeye an press X on yes. so that is it, and what i have heard. so good luck!
