It is a new map, but just not released, also there was something else in the video.

LMFAO Akimbo Dragonuv. I wonder how the hell these things get left in the game(if it was just giving a left over weapon, and not just forcing akimbo). In MW2 there was Akimbo FAL and Akimbo Thumper.

He means that terminal is not "new" it exist for 2 years now. Activision is just gonna make money on previous maps lol.
