I've got a friend who did the token glitch, which got him an awful lot of double xp. He still has double xp left and he has not been banned. My guess is that he never will so long as he doesn't do anything else wrong. I suppose you have to be unlucky if you get banned and lucky if you don't, with regard to the token glitch.

Out of curiosity did you redeem your prestige token that you get for preordering Black Ops 2? I think that may cause them to check how many tokens you have and when they see you have negative numbers they might ban. Just a theory since alot of people have been getting banned NOW for a glitch done 5+ months ago...
