so i get this One notification saying
Your account has been suspended from the ELITE service by an administrator for a violation in the ELITE Terms of Service.

Then Hours later i received a Warning I wasnt even able to post anything and havent been able to post anywhere since
this is what the warning said

This is a warning that continuing to post spam will result in future actions being taken on your account. For more information please review our ELITE Terms of Service.


I received 4 more notifications few hours later basically saying
A post you have made has been deleted due to Spam. Further violations of the Elite Terms of Service will warrant further action being taken against your account.

I Didnt spam anybodys Clan, i spammed the clan ops i can live up to that(it was for clan tryouts big deal)
the fact is that i spammed only on one occasion
whats the deal with the warning i received hours later you know what i mean
should i really be concerned about it
and the posts that were deleted , those notifications showed up hours later in which case i couldnt and still cant post anywhere

4 posts deleted and it also said if I were to continue it would result in further action against my account

unless its a delayed response i dont know if my accounts being threatened for one instance of spam

I didnt say Spam a clan thats a different story chum
I dont care if i get suspended from commenting at the same time the elite service has been ridiculed for poor support

Why is it that people get away with even worse and yet i have to be(under the impression)threatened that my account will get fucked over something so simple and so irrelevant
I bet you anything that moderators or admins for the elite site are just going on power trips screwing people over their first offence that are minor

hell i tried talking to support they know absolutely nothing
its as if theres no communication between admins or moderators and activisions support its fuckin retarded i dont blame anybody here but shit needs to be organized

So i got suspended for spam other people get suspended for far minor infractions maybe telling off some asshole and they get suspended for shit like that and cant find out any details? they outta cut some slack were not fuckin criminals

i spammed once, in this case you said "your one of those people uhuuuhh mmmmmhmm but im not i dont spam all the time never made an account for one :[

just let it go i see ur getting in arguments with people just move on your suspension should only be 3 days this happened to me a month after elite was out in 3 days if your still suspended from posting contact support and they will unsuspend you

i know i dont mean to be rude to anybody thanks for helping me out i didnt know suspensions should be 3 days

maybe i worry too much, with the warning that was given hours later and then posts deleted it didnt make sense but maybe the system is slow

on one note somebody added me to their leaderboards tracker right after i was suspended
so it real suspicious i figured as much it was the person who got me suspended hmmm
